As the Tax Clients & Markets Partner of KPMG Prairies\' Tax practice I am passionate about bringing the full depth and breadth of our tax team together to wow our clients with innovative, practical, and responsive solutions. As a Partner in KPMG Canada\'s Global Transfer Pricing Services practice I continue to help our clients manage their global transfer pricing risk. I have specialized in transfer pricing since 2001, primarily in Canada with two years in Brussels, Belgium. My experience includes transfer pricing planning and risk assessment, global value chain analysis, dispute resolution, including advance pricing arrangements and mutual agreement procedures, and various global transfer pricing compliance projects for clients including country-by-country reporting. Through these projects I have experience with a wide range of transfer pricing transactions and related planning, including commodity trading, intangible property licensing, asset leasing, tangible goods pricing and a variety of intra-group service transactions. My clients operate across a wide range of industries including energy, engineering and construction, technology, and consumer products. I also gained experience in international and Canadian corporate taxation prior to specializing in transfer pricing.Views expressed are my own.
