Property Management is what I know, it\'s all I\'ve ever done and what I am good at. Today one of my adult daughters is also a Property Manager & Realtor, continuing 3 generations in this career field. From single family homes to over 3200 military housing units, I\'ve had the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the most respected people in our industry and I am always learning. I specialize in Residential Property Management, Military Privatization Housing, and low income LIHTC properties. I\'m always eager to learn new things and take on new endeavors. Which is why when I relocated back home to Anchorage I was open to taking on the 2nd largest HOA management company in Alaska. I have represented individual owners, banks, and government organizations and I have worked closely with military leaders. I am a very quick learner, problem solver, and people person, a mentor and a mom. I’ve volunteered with Special Olympics and I support many local community events. I love the outdoors & photography.
