In my role as Chief of Staff, I work closely with our Founder to launch meaningful programs, optimize internal operations, and strengthen community engagement.Our mission is to empower women to become their own health advocates and thrive during perimenopause and menopause. With menopause-related absenteeism costing U.S. businesses $1.8 billion each year, the need for workplace support is urgent and clear.I support the day-to-day operations that keep our work moving from turning big ideas into action plans to building systems that help us scale with care. I focus on ensuring our team, partners, and the organizations and communities we serve feel supported every step of the way.
