Served as the Impact Measurement lead for Sustainable Access Solutions team, leading the strategy and collection of data that contribute to Merck’s ESG Access to Health goals, including designing KPIs and impact metrics- Led and implemented a first-early-stage therapeutic System of CARE assessment, leading to valuable insights on health system performance in Spain and informing global market access strategies for additional projects in other countries- Developed, implemented, and launched the Global Implementation of a Pathway Optimization Capability, a non-promotional framework for strategic engagement to improve the care pathway in oncology- Deployed capability in 20+ markets across 4 regions, reducing care pathways and increasing eligible patients for systemic anti-cancer treatment through cross-functional healthcare partnerships.
