   Throughout my career with Macy’s, I have held multiple HR leadership roles, most recently culminating in a Senior Talent Acquisition and Talent Management Process Improvement Role where I am responsible for recruitment in support of $24.9B annual operations. Over the past 18 years, I have served as Director of Recruiting Initiatives and Process Improvement, Director of Employment Process, Director of Employment and Jobs.com, Manager of Recruitment Initiatives, Assistant General Manager of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. I currently oversee talent acquisition and other strategic human resources activities for 700+ department and specialty stores spanning Macy’s portfolio and including Macy’s, Backstage, Bloomingdale’s, Bloomingdale’s Outlets, and STORY. In this role, I develop, implement, communicate, evaluate, and continuously improve HR strategy spanning talent acquisition, recruitment, interviewing, training and development, benefits administration, appraisals, and other key areas. I also work with executive leadership to set, guide, implement, evaluate, and improve hiring and workforce management strategy.
