Designed and teach in-person, online, intersession, and summer courses on Organizational Behavior and Business Ethics, with a focus on emotional intelligence, team collaboration, roles and expectations, DEI, networking, interviewing, and gaining job satisfaction. These courses are delivered through multimodal learning experiences using Canvas, McGraw Hill Connect, Zoom, Google Docs and Slides, and MS Office Suite.• Initiated a guest speaker program with invited industry leaders Deloitte, the Big 4, Amazon, and others to provide students with increased insight into what to expect when entering the corporate sector.• Supported and empowered a diverse student population, including international students, Englishlearners, first-generation college students, and at-risk learners, to achieve academic success.
