I’ve spent my career building and scaling secure, customer-facing financial technology platforms — leading global teams, delivering regulated products, and aligning technology investments to measurable business value.Today, as Senior Director of AI Enablement, I focus on the next evolution of that work: ensuring our organization leverages AI effectively, responsibly, and securely.My new role bridges strategy and execution:• Building AI literacy and training programs• Aligning AI initiatives to measurable outcomes — productivity, cost savings, and revenue growth• Partnering across product, compliance, legal, and technology teams in a regulated FinTech environment• Establishing enterprise AI governance and responsible use frameworksWith a foundation in cloud transformation, agile leadership, and financial services product delivery, I bring a practical, business-first approach to AI adoption.I believe AI success is not about perfection — it’s about disciplined experimentation, measurable value, and empowering people to work differently, one step at a time.Outside of work, you’ll often find me hiking in the Pacific Northwest or exploring Europe from our home base in Portugal. I’m looking forward to spending more time discovering Porto, enjoying a glass of Vinho Verde, and continuing to (slowly but enthusiastically) learn Portuguese.I find travel — much like innovation — is about curiosity, perspective, and embracing the unfamiliar.
