I lead digital projects and teams, bridging business, design, and development, to ship impactful products that are useful, usable, and beautiful. I’m a UX + Product Design professional with a background in design, psychology, and business. I am obsessed with thinking before doing and believe that good UX is good business.My superpowers-> I am acutely aware that UX must merge user AND business needs. I have an MBA for a reason-> I don\'t let caveats, lack of users, budget, etc, get in my way. I pivot, adjust, and figure it out-> I have end-to-end expertise in UX and product design, as well as the full product development lifecycle.With diverse experience in enterprise, fintech, healthcare, government, and agency settings, I have expertise in the full product design lifecycle. My creative, research-driven, and business-oriented approach has been instrumental in my success in senior, lead, and director-level roles, where I have focused on developing design, UX, and technical strategies.My unique background and experience have equipped me with a unique skill set that allows me to effectively bridge the gap between UX and Agile SCRUM teams. I excel in guiding product teams from ideation to launch, ensuring a seamless and efficient design process.Beyond my professional endeavors, I am dedicated to growing the next generation of designers, acting as both a mentor and an educator.
