ABOUT MICHELLE MERKL
International Go-to-Market Professional I started my SaaS career in the Netherlands, building an expertise in Marketing and Customer Success while studying International Communication Management. In Lisbon, I learned a lot more about strategic sales, negotiation, and Account-Based Marketing. This is where I developed a passion for sales methodologies and AI - as well as how to continuously hit my quota! Driven by a passion for building from the ground up, I pursued a full-time double Master\'s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Rome Business School and Universidad Internacional de Valencia, where I also finished a leadership program. In Australia, I hired and trained high-performing sales teams for nationwide events and exhibitions, while refining digital marketing strategies to optimize the customer journey. Now back in Germany, I\'m putting my skills into practice at HubSpot where I help companies architect seamless customer journeys - helping them grow better through automation. To grow better myself, I recently completed a leadership course at Harvard and I\'m completing my ICF coaching certification until the end of 2026 while being on maternity leave.
