Michelle Jordan is a senior people and culture executive with more than two decades of experience helping large, complex organizations navigate enterprise transformation, workforce strategy, and culture evolution. She currently serves as Vice President of Culture & Inclusion at AT & T, where she leads initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and an inclusive culture that enables business performance.In this role, Michelle partners with senior leaders to advance culture transformation and large-scale workforce strategy across the enterprise, ensuring that talent practices, leadership development, and employee engagement are closely aligned with the company’s strategic priorities. Her work focuses on building leadership bench strength, shaping talent strategy tied to business outcomes, and helping leaders navigate periods of rapid change and workforce evolution.Michelle has been with AT & T since 2006 and has held several enterprise leadership roles including Vice President of Talent & Leadership Development and Vice President of Talent Acquisition. Across these roles she has led initiatives focused on leadership capability building, operating model redesign, and workforce transformation, supporting AT & T’s efforts to strengthen leadership pipelines and adapt the organization to a rapidly changing business and technology landscape. Her cross-functional experience spans product management, corporate strategy, service management, executive communications, call center operations, and early career talent strategy.Michelle began her career in environmental engineering, where she ran a chemical pilot plant operation and helped launch a new line of specialty chemicals. She also has a passion for entrepreneurship and founded a venture supporting women entrepreneurs, while previously serving as an adjunct faculty member at Atlanta Technical College teaching small business development.A native of Saginaw, Michigan, Michelle is a proud graduate of Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, and Kennesaw State University, where she earned her MBA. She resides in Dallas, Texas.She helps organizations build the leadership capability, culture, and workforce strategies needed to drive long-term enterprise value.
