My current role is comprised of providing leadership and oversight for a team of 9 with assigned roles of Sr. Property Manager, Property Manager, Assistant Property Manager and Administrative support staff within the retail commercial property management industry. My assigned portfolio consists of 54 properties, totaling over s.f, ranging from class A&B assets of mixed assets to include lifestyle shopping centers, neighborhood shopping centers, and National Anchored retail shopping centers owned by commercial REIT clients to clients that own 1-5 assets. My assigned assets and employees are located in Florida, Georgia, North / South Carolina, Tennessee, and Alabama. Additionally, I support the Executive Managing Director, Assistant Director of Property Management, and Director of Accounting with focus on business development and create standardized processes and procedures, train the property management team on the roll out of new internal initiatives to optimize efficiencies and a smooth transition on implementation. The goal and end results are proving this ensures the property management team is meeting client expectations and providing the highest standard of excellence to property Owners and Asset Managers.
