   I joined Lululemon as the AWS Cloud Foundations Program manager and soon took on the responsibility for Azure Foundations and FinOPS. During my initial 18 months, I worked as the Program/Product Manager for Cloud Foundations. I focused on M.O.S.S, which includes maintenance, optimization, scalability, sustainability, resiliency, and observability. I worked on cost optimization, achieved $6.2m savings in the first year and surpassed the $3m OKR goal, and contributed to cloud development. Additionally, I established the Cloud Governance Framework and the Cloud Optimization Framework. • Planned and executed the Cloud Foundations intake process, ensuring a streamlined, efficient approach for integrating new initiatives into the cloud infrastructure.
