Over the past 15+ years, I have gained extensive experience in leading large-scale change initiatives (including organizational restructuring, policy/process improvement, technology implementation, and team/culture transformation) to boost growth, staff retention, and workforce diversity.Career Impressions: Lead talent management, performance management, and career development for 70K JPMorgan Chase staff in Global Technology as well as the Digital and Platform Services (DPS) unit of the Corporate Investment Bank (CIB) while managing a $3.3M budget. Drove a large-scale change management effort to implement a new, consistent performance management process, philosophy, and toolset that impacted 65K+ employees within the CIB.
