ABOUT MICHELLE REX LUECK

Over the years I\'ve worn many hats - SVP of Growth Strategy, leading the transformation of sales and client success teams, VP Strategy for outsourcing labor company, Director of Strategic Accounts, including Walmart and Apple, VP Merchandising and Supply Chain, and Sr Buyer for a big box Consumer Electronics retailer. As a result, I\'ve gained an in-depth understanding of how to set the vision and strategy for business growth and success. In each role, I\'ve been successful because I bring focus, energy, and action toward results. I\'m a passionate leader with a charter for fostering development of today\'s modern workforce.I\'m ready for my next challenge and would love to bring my experience, unique skills and leadership to drive growth and success for your business.Some accomplishments I\'m proud of include: • Built a sales engine at Unboxed and achieved 22% YoY growth and reached $10M in revenue. Hired team, established sales process, instituted disciplines for CRM, created commission model to motivate desired behaviors. • Secured a deal with Walmart to be first partner for Postpaid Wireless sales team. Negotiated deal, designed the program, implemented, and continued on as account lead. After several expansions, it turned into a $137M program.• Led only outsourced partner program representing Apple brand at retail. Represented Apple in tertiary wireless carrier stores across the country. Grew it from a pilot to $600k program, eventually expanding to a $1.6M program that ran for 5 years.• Built out a national retail portfolio for DISH. Able to negotiate deals for new programs in Costco, BJ\'s Wholesale Club, Amazon, and Systemax, achieving consistent YoY subscriber growth.
