Managing Partner with Boyden Canada, Michelle leads the global Social Impact Practice that includes post-secondary, not-for-profit, INGOs, and quasi-public sector national and international organizations. She has a sub specialty in assisting federal and provincial organizations source board and c-suite talent from a variety of sectors. Over the years, she has advised some of Canada’s most prominent organizations and has been influential in the recruitment and appointment of hundreds of board members, CEOs, and senior officials. She currently sits on the Board of Directors for Boyden Canada, is faculty with The Directors College, DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University, and is on Canada Soccer’s Nominating Committee of the Board.
