Serve as a facilitator and executive coach for the Excellence in Government (EIG) Fellows program. Responsible as primary guide for a cohort of fellows, designing curriculum, creating and holding a shared learning space, as well as supporting each individual\'s growth and development. EIG (https://ourpublicservice.org/course/excellence-in-government-fellows-program/) is the premier leadership development course for federal employees at the GS-14 to GS-15 levels. For more than 30 years, EIG has helped federal employees strengthen their leadership skills through application-based learning, highly interactive activities, authentic self-reflection, personalized coaching and government-wide networking. EIG graduates go on to plan, craft, and implement innovative solutions to address the federal government’s biggest challenges and improve their agencies’ effectiveness.
