Understanding the balance between business growth and contributing positively to society is a core belief that has shaped the direction of my career to date. Adding social value to corporate processes and helping business understand the benefits of doing this is my passion. As a result I have carved a role for myself within my organisations that has allowed me to explore how this works in practice.I have extensive experience of delivering social value strategies in a B2B environment, managing teams, and working closely with multiple stakeholders to improve understanding of social value.
