ABOUT MICHELLE LEMEUR
Programme leader with 10+ years of experience designing and delivering humanitarian, development, and social impact initiatives across Africa, Asia, Europe, and the US. My work has spanned education, food security, migration and displacement, and peace and governance, with technical expertise in gender equality and social inclusion (GESI). I’m driven by helping teams and organizations develop inclusive, practical solutions to complex challenges. Colleagues and partners know me as a strategic yet relational leader – someone who listens deeply, builds trust across diverse perspectives, and designs systems and processes that bring clarity and momentum. I’ve guided teams through transitions, strengthened cross-cultural collaboration, and created frameworks that make decision-making more transparent and sustainable.Along the way, I’ve led multi-million-dollar initiatives, collaboratively designed strategies that deliver impact, and represented teams and organizations at global events. Increasingly, I’m drawn to work at the intersection of climate resilience, equity, and systems change. Core strengths include programme and grant management, donor engagement, business development, cross-cultural collaboration, and inclusion approaches.
