Desde que asumí la responsabilidad de la dirección, he puesto en marcha un nuevo programa informático seguro para nuestra organización y he asumido el cargo de Directora de Eventos, ya que la anterior se ha jubilado. Animo a los nuevos miembros del comité a brillar en lo que hacen y les animo a presentarse también para nuestra organización. Me motiva esforzarme y esforzar a los que me rodean para dar lo mejor de nosotros mismos. Aunque a veces la carga es dura, me siento realizada por los logros que conseguimos juntos.
