About Michelle Korte
I\'m a global health professional with over 10 years of experience across impact evaluation, quantitative and qualitative research, social impact strategy consulting, and policy and advocacy. I\'m passionate about improving health and wellbeing for women and children worldwide, translating research into policy and practice, and centering equity throughout. I support leaders in global health, gender equality, climate and environment, and shared prosperity to maximize their social impact through strategy development, coalition-building, and discrete research projects. My primary responsibilities include- Leading the design and delivery of client engagements to ensure our work drives insights to answer clients\' strategic questions and advance their social impact- Managing high-performing teams of consultants and research partners to produce logically sound and analytically rigorous deliverables- Supporting the professional development of my team members- Supporting business development, recruiting, and equity and belonging; as a member of the Equity Action Group, I produce tools and resources to elevate critical equity considerations throughout the consulting project to impact lifecycle- Shaping Camber\'s global health and gender equality theories of influence- Advising on Camber\'s internal insights function, including developing trainings and resources to strengthen capabilities in M&E, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and more- As the Seattle Office Lead, I also led efforts for local connection and belonging among Camber Seattle staff, including managing our office budget, quarterly town halls, and the organization of team events
