I develop, coordinate, facilitate, and execute several operational training programs at Veritext, including a Sales Support Training program and Advanced Client Services series. I developed and facilitated our company\'s first Mentorship Program with the goal of scaling it to the entire company. I also work with SMEs to identify and document processes across the organization. I maintain consistent communication with stakeholders and SMEs across the company to determine the operational skills gaps and training needs, and create a wide variety of learning assets such as live trainings, eLearning courses, and microlearning.
