I am drawn to complex challenges where technology, human capability, and organizational leadership intersect.Today I serve as CEO of ScanLab, where we are advancing simulation technology to help healthcare organizations train and assess MRI and CT technologists more effectively. Our platform enables learners to practice complex scanning procedures in a realistic, risk-free environment while providing objective measurement of clinical competency. The goal is to strengthen the medical imaging workforce and improve the quality and consistency of patient care.Alongside my work in healthcare technology, I remain deeply interested in how human intelligence, decision-making, and leadership evolve as artificial intelligence becomes more integrated into our world.Across everything I do, I am motivated by the same idea: when clarity of purpose aligns with disciplined action, people and organizations can move forward with greater impact.
