Michelle is part of the Aladdin COO team, driving strategic initiatives for BlackRock’s FinTech business that delivers risk and investment management technology platform to external clients. Prior to BlackRock, she worked in Venture Capital as well as Consulting at PwC. With a proven track record of driving global, large-scale, client-centric initiatives in the Financial Services and FinTech sectors, Michelle has consistently delivered revenue growth and optimized operational efficiency. She specializes in aligning business goals with innovative solutions, streamlining processes, and fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve impactful results.Born and raised in Shandong, China, Michelle came to the U.S. in high school. After college, she worked in both New York and Beijing, spending half her life in China and half in the U.S. This unique background has shaped her global perspective and adaptability in diverse cultural and business environments.Michelle earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech and an MBA from Columbia Business School.
