Maximize the utilization and integration of HR systems and data. • Culture & Communication: Introduced employee recognition application integrating HORAN’s 27 Fundamentals. Manage employee annual survey and award programs (Best Places to Work Winner 2020 & 2021, Finalist 2022; Healthiest Places to Work Finalist 20••••22). Responsible for all Internal Corporate Communications, including quarterly company meetings, staff announcements, policy/process rollouts, etc.
