Responsible for project management across all Sabio Holdings business units (Sabio, App Science, and Vidllion)- Establishing and maintaining Agile processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, upholding project quality and performance standards, and assessing and managing risk across a portfolio of engineering and data science projects for three separate business lines- Projects include the development and constant improvement of measurement and insight dashboards in Tableau and Sabio\'s proprietary ad manager platform- Coordinating internal and external resources, ensuring projects remain within scope, schedule, and defined budgets, in collaboration with project staff from various functional departments- Developing and maintaining partnerships with outside resources—including third-party partners (data vendors, advertisers, SSPs, and DSPs)- Communicating project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans- Owning the project tracking process in Jira and making improvements to the system including setting standard templates for task input to ensure the appropriate knowledge is shared for business stakeholders and engineering and establishing custom boards that align with each business unit\'s objectives- Improving the Confluence knowledge base across the organization by coordinating the addition of pages for new features and new engineering and data science methods, as well as routinely reviewing pages that age outAlso responsible for corporate governance including- Privacy lead for Sabio and App Science, tasked with the responsibility for obtaining and maintaining compliance with legislation including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, COPPA, and emerging US state legislation- Review of legal documents (service agreements, confidentiality, data protection) with external partners and clients to ensure Sabio\'s best interests are protected
