ABOUT MICHELLE DIFFENDERFER

Michelle is a Shareholder and the Immediate Past President of Lewis, Longman & Walker and holds an AV Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell. Michelle assists landowners, businesses and governments with local, state and federal, environmental, natural resource and land development legal requirements. Michelle helps clients navigate these laws and regulations in permitting of their land development and infrastructure projects. Michelle co-chairs the firm’s Environmental and Natural Resources and Native American Practice Groups. Michelle is Chair of the American Heart Association’s Palm Beach Circle of Red. Michelle is currently serving as ABA\'s Section of Environment, Energy & Resources (SEER) Alternate Delegate to the ABA House of Delegates. Michelle also serves as Secretary of the Seminole Coconut Creek Education Foundation. Michelle is a Past Chair of: the ABA\'s Section of Environment, Energy & Resources, the Florida Bar’s Environmental and Land Use Law Section and the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. Michelle is also an active member in the American College of Environmental Lawyers (Fellow), Executive Women of the Palm Beaches, Leadership Florida Leadership Palm Beach County Palm Beach County Bar Association, Caribbean Bar Association, and the Florida Association of Environmental Professionals. Michelle is a proud supporter of the American Bar Foundation, United Way, and Girls II Women, Inc.(Past Chair).
