Our Business Recovery & Insolvency team strive to provide locally accessible impartial advice on debt, recovery and insolvency issues to individuals, businesses and company directors alike.In addition, our Creditor Services division provides advice and support to individuals, company directors and professional advisors where they or their clients are impacted by the insolvency of another party eg customer, supplier, employee etc. We can provide a range of services and training seminars to clients with credit related issuesThe insolvency options available in Northern Ireland range from the informal Restructuring, Refinance, Consolidation, Debt Management Plans, Informal Arrangements etc to the formal Voluntary Arrangements [Individual IVA, Company CVA and Partnership PVA], Bankruptcy, Administration, Liquidation [CVL, MVL and Court Liquidation], Administrative Receivership and Fixed Charge Receivership.We work in a sensitive area of business where people’s livelihoods, aspirations and reputations are at stake. We recognise this very human element of our work and our priorities will always be to identify and implement the most appropriate business recovery and/or insolvency solution for each particular client.Our team is happy to accommodate a meeting at a time and place convenient to individuals, company directors and / or professional advisors where possible. The initial meeting is free of charge and without commitment and is an opportunity to receive the guidance and information necessary to assist in choosing the most appropriate solution for those in debt or affected by it.
