I am an accomplished speaker and facilitator passionate about developing people\'s leadership potential. I focus on building relationships because I believe people do business with people they know and trust. Our work at Creating People Power focuses on developing customized solutions that meet our clients diverse and unique needs. Personally, I specialize in helping companies foster respectful and psychologically safe workplaces. I offer leadership development workshops and customized consulting solutions for small to mid-sized businesses all across Canada.My professional education includes- MapsTell Experiential Guide and TTSI DISC Styles facilitator- Certified Erickson Executive Coach- Certified in EQI 2.0. My clients say it\'s my enthusiasm and energy, combined with my experience and skill, that lend to dynamic seminars and workshops creating a setting that is most conducive to learning. I strive to create interactive workshops where people have an opportunity to share and learn from each others expertise and experiences. I am a passionate volunteer and believe in supporting our community. In the past, I have volunteered with the Edmonton Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers (CAPS), Toastmasters International, the Stollery Children\'s Hospital Foundation and the United Way of the Alberta Capital Region (to name a few). I have also served on various parent council committees and for many years managed my kids sports team. I firmly believe my professional affiliations and volunteer work have helped pave my success in the industry of leadership development.
