Why do I love working in human resources and talent acquisition? Because I\'m always interested to learn about other people’s career histories and help them succeed in their professional roles. We spend so much time at work it becomes a significant part of who we are and I’m fascinated by how our careers shape our lives. I love working with people who are passionate about what they do, students and new graduates who are excited about the career ahead of them, those who are focused on taking their careers to the next level and individuals who may be searching for something new but don’t quite know how to get there. Whether it’s writing an eye catching and eloquent resume, connecting someone to a role or company they would thrive in or helping hiring managers find that great new employee, I love being a part of their career success.
