About Michelle Pugh
I am currently accepting project consulting contracts. I have a depth of experience and knowledge in the salon industry and retail industry to assist in making your project successful right from launch. I also offer leadership evaluation and coaching to enhance your current operations. In the beauty industry, I have just about done it all as a career licensed nail tech of nearly 30 years. In retail and marketing, from big box to tiny salon, I’ve spent time at every revenue volume. I am a solopreneur creator focused on courses, podcasts, and coaching. I have several launches planned for this upcoming year. I host a weekly live broadcast on YouTube for nail professionals “Nails Over Coffee” and am a freelance writer with a book to drop in 2024.
