Support all LMS activities, including but not limited to system functionality, user accounts, supervisor reporting, reward points, admin training, and deployment of new courses. Facilitates end user training via vendor provided resources as well as in-house created documents and processes. Provide leadership and guidance to a cross-functional team to execute planning, implementation, and review of a training program for external stakeholders. Continual quality assurance of the functionality between the LMS and multiple vendor systems. Including but not limited to UAT, troubleshooting, and updating workflows. Provide front line customer service for Taylor Employees and external stakeholders. Evaluate established workflows and provide process improvement suggestions and solutions to the programs integrated with the Learning Management Systems. Assist in transitioning traditional hard copy paperwork to digital soft copy processes within the Learning Management System. Consult end users and management to review use-cases and evaluate effectiveness. Ensures program is working as intended and is the best experience for all stakeholders. Administrator of Human Resource Resources, such as Awardco, and Predictive Index.
