Partner with leadership to assess new tools, streamline workflows, and implement change management strategies.• Internship & Temporary Staffing Programs:Oversee end-to-end operational management of internship and temporary staffing programs, including recruitment, onboarding, extensions, and compliance. Support the BRIDGE Internship Program through process improvements, automation, and onboarding guidance.• Leadership & Collaboration:Supervise TA support staff, providing coaching, feedback, and direction to ensure high-quality support for the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers.
