As VP of HR, I provide executive-level leadership and guidance for HR operations across the organization, including shaping short- and long-term strategic plans in alignment with our company culture, core values, goals, and priorities. I\'m working to develop and guide structure and programs around learning and development, employee engagement, compensation modeling, total rewards, succession planning, and other initiatives to drive employee retention, satisfaction and efficiencies in our PA and NY locations. Notable highlights- Defined Key Quality Indicators for our HR and Talent Management functions to maximize our market position for high-potential candidates- Fostered a performance-driven culture centered around accountability for goal attainment and quality standards- Administered all benefit programs, negotiating terms with carriers and brokers to improve quality and service for participants while reducing costs for the company- Directed OSHA compliance, reporting, and training to meet regulatory demands, which included leading companywide safety programs-Restructured and rebuilt the HR team to streamline processes, foster relationships within the company to be a true business partner, all while improving efficiencies-Initiated continuous improvement through implementing an automated, confidential employee hotline, and currently implementing a new HRIS system.
