I am a former lawyer and workplace investigator turned therapist, who is passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of workplace stress, burnout, parenting, anxiety and life transitions. After a rewarding legal career, I pursued a Master\'s degree in psychotherapy to follow my true calling - supporting others in their journey towards finding balance and well-being.
