Responsible for managing the relationship with 80+ university, community college and K-12 school districts across the SDG & E service territory, offering energy solutions and value-added services in the form of energy efficiency programs, rate options, demand response (ELRP), new technologies and programs. • Partner proactively with critical facility, energy, and sustainability leaders to better understand key issues and satisfy operational service-related demands, achieving energy efficiency (EE), added load and customer satisfaction goals. • Engage as customer liaison with various internal departments, organizing teams to address specific education sector issues and representing customer perspective on infrastructure project development, ensuring exceptional service through project completion.• Deliver market intelligence including technical developments, industry trends and the impact of utility policies, government legislation and GHG regulation to achieve carbon neutrality.• Advise customers, propose strategies, and execute programs, including emerging technologies and alternative energy and EE solutions, to meet climate action and sustainability goals.• Develop financial analyses and respond to rate/invoice inquiries to support customer energy budget projections, resolve billing matters, and maximize financial savings.• Lead education efforts with customers on complex tariff and regulatory process and program opportunities, ensuring compliance with all applicable service options, tariffs, and rules.
