ABOUT MICHELLE DAVIES
Michelle has over 35 years experience of planning and development issues in the planning consultancy context. She has been involved in a variety of projects, including retail, commercial, industrial and residential development as planning adviser and, in many cases, overall project coordinator and client representative. Michelle has recently been involved in a number of high profile schemes in Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region, including the Cirrus Point PBSA Tower, The Core shopping centre redevelopment and various schemes with the University of Leeds, Leeds Beckett and Leeds Arts University. Michelle is National Head of the Education Sector at DPP and is responsible for driving the strategic growth of this sector within the Company, with a focus on the schools and HE sectors. Michelle has considerable experience in preparing and presenting evidence for public inquiries and in the formulation and submission of representations to development plans.She also has extensive experience of preparing development briefs and planning appraisals and in the preparation of retail and economic assessments.
