As a co-founder, I run the day-to-day business, write content, create the strategic approach for growth, and deliver engaging and interactive solutions to our clients. With over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have a passion for developing exceptional leaders and driving business strategy. I leveraged my expertise as a former director at Disney Institute and Disney Cruise Line to co-create the Aligned Leadership Framework, a highly customized and integrated leadership model that transforms the skills and mindsets of leaders at all levels. I am also a board member at The Leadership Crucible Foundation, a speaker, and an author. I share my personal stories of transformation and inspire current and future leaders to adopt integrity-driven and decisive leadership styles that leave a positive impact on individuals and organizations.
