Michelle A. Reddish, MS, MPH is a mission-driven leader with a passion for cannabis, compliance, and community. Before moving into state government she began her cannabis career at C3 Industries, Inc, where she led multi-state compliance efforts.Now serving as the inaugural Administrator of the Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission’s Cannabis Office, Michelle works across agencies to craft policies, streamline operations, and steward a cannabis market rooted in safety, access, and the potential for healing.Michelle is a member of the American Public Health Association (APHA), an alumna of Leadership Rhode Island (Phi II Class of 2025), and a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
