Conducted a Cloud Cost Optimisation Review focusing on the FinOps operating model and Organizational Alignment • Acted as a project manager for the marketing workstream and drove activities such as understanding key dependencies, communicating deadlines tracking progress weekly with other stakeholders and participating in defining go-to-market and partnership strategies • Drove the vision and cloud strategy for an FTSE100 company and conducted a Cloud Cost comparison analysis to assist the client in making their decision on the suitable cloud providers for their multi-cloud strategy • Prepared 5+ proposals and developed business development work for our clients ranging from the area of cloud strategy, cloud operations, and cloud architecture and migration • Developed proposition about evolving the cloud with AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform PaaS and IaaS technology to showcase it to the clients about how we can leverage those cloud technology and embed it into the client’s technology strategy • Held 15+ workshops within the cloud capability including internal and external presenters to exchange knowledge and generate new ideas across teams which accelerated the growth of the cloud capability and fostered new alliances for a client project
