Following a reorganisation I was selected to lead the Network team, in partnership with BT. Covering stores in UK and ROI, all offices and warehouses, as well as our international business.• Created a six year Network strategy that supported an early renewal of the BT contract, and ensures the most efficient way of delivering current hardware, optimised transport solutions and future business needs.• Led a 5 year extension of the BT contract worth £100m, gaining support and approval from CFO and CIO as Boots was going through the sale to a Private Equity firm, Sycamore Partners.• Currently sponsoring multiple projects including the implementation of Palo Alto’s Global Protect solution in conjunction with our Security team, the removal of MPLS and the re-naming of SSIDs.
