Michelle Wier, MBA, CMPE is a founder of V2V Management Solutions previously Wier Management Solutions. Ms. Wier is a health care consultant with nearly 30 years of experience working in the health care profession. In addition to national consulting experience, her background includes leadership positions in physician practices, both independently owned and hospital based. Areas of focus include operational and financial management, educational training for management and staff, physician recruitment experience, information systems analysis and implementation, managed care analysis, revenue cycle management reviews and strategic plan development. Ms. Wier is certified with the American College of Medical Practice Executives receiving the CMPE designation. Ms. Wier also serves on the Board of the Boys and Girls Club of the Lewis and Clark Valley.
