Learning Centre Lead @Cilt Uk

I lead the end to end delivery of the Learning Centre’s services for all learners — including members, corporate partners and individual professionals. My role is both customer facing and operational, ensuring that regulated, accredited and bespoke qualifications are planned, delivered and made accessible to the widest possible audience.I combine people leadership, relationship management and process improvement to support CILT(UK)’s strategic goals — making sure the right learning and CPD opportunities reach the right people and organisations at the right time. • Lead, coach and develop the Learning Centre Advisors to deliver an excellent learner experience.• Drive revenue growth through increased learner engagement, upselling opportunities and proactive marketing.• Support ongoing staff development through coaching, training and skill building in areas such as lead generation and upselling.• Improve systems and processes using clear, scalable and automated solutions to drive continuous improvement.• Champion access to training and qualifications for CILT(UK) employees, members and the wider public.• Build strong relationships across CILT(UK), collaborating closely with the Awarding Organisation, Membership, Partnerships, Professional Standards, Marketing and Central Services teams.• Partner with Marketing and Communications to promote Learning Centre programmes via the website, events and social media.• Represent the Learning Centre at events, seminars and client visits to support business development.• Act as the first point of contact for learner and employer requests, feedback and complaints, ensuring swift and professional resolution.
