While at Libro, I am responsible for managing Human Resources initiatives in order to support the business strategies for the various departments and regions I support across South Western Ontario. I am the first point of contact for providing expertise to all employees. I am responsible for full cycle recruitment as well as the maintenance of talent for future anticipated needs. I provide assistance to People Leaders with the on boarding of new staff members and getting them familiar with the inner workings of Libro.
