About Michelle Mullins
At the core of it, employee experience is critical for organizations to succeed. What impacts the employee experience? A LOT, and each workplace is unique. I help organizations better understand their employees\' experiences and identify actionable steps for improvement through a data-driven, evidence-based approach. Through my graduate program I not only received an in-depth theoretical understanding grounded in the behavioral sciences, but was also afforded a variety of opportunities (from job analysis to culture assessments, and everything in between) to help a range of organizations with their unique talent, workforce and research needs.I consult organizations on talent-related needs. Initially my focus was on a deep analysis and consultation of organizational culture and leadership development, often delving into other critical areas such as inclusion, trust, and engagement, across a range of industries. While working to finish my dissertation, I joined Raytheon Technologies to consult internal leaders and conduct predictive analytics on workforce trends throughout the talent life cycle. I am a thought partner who develops the analytic capabilities of colleagues, while also providing deeper insights and actions related to diversity and inclusion, engagement, organizational culture, attrition and more.What sets me apart is HOW I work. I am forever a student. When you ask for my expertise, I will speak up and I will be honest, even when that may challenge status quo.
