As a Technology Solutions Management Consultant at Conduent, I apply my 20 years of health insurance experience, mostly in Medicaid, to assist with system conversion from legacy to new product. I collaborate with business, architecture, and product teams to reach the end goal, update Azure DevOps user stories, reference code, configure benefits and claims information, and map documents that include business rules, crosswalks, and database mapping.Previously, I was a Senior Business Analyst at Opteamix, where I served as a subject matter expert to help create a state-based Medicaid product. I created user stories for development and backlog using JIRA, collaborated with UX team for screen design, and worked with QA and development teams for testing. I also led backlog grooming sessions, worked with state leads for product creation, and received the Above and Beyond Award for my performance. I am currently pursuing my MBA in Healthcare Management and Business Administration at Western Governors University, where I aim to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field. I am passionate about delivering quality solutions that improve the lives of Medicaid beneficiaries and stakeholders.
