The Mondino Neurological Institute Foundation is one of Italy’s centres of excellence in clinical neuroscience and neurorehabilitation, accredited as \"IRCCS\"(Scientific Institute for Research, Hospitalisation and Healthcare) by the National Health System. It is specialised in research, diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the nervous system, including neurorehabilitation. As Head of the Grant Office, I’m in charge of all pre- and post-award activities, including grant scouting, support to researchers in proposal preparation and budgeting, project management (monitoring, reporting and auditing) and dissemination.
