I joined Stantec in 2018 to lead the Biological Resources Team in the West. Since 2018, I have led an amazing team of over 70 biologists from California, Oregon, Washington, and Alaska. I coordinated, established, and reinforced standards for technical ability, quality, project management, and project delivery for biological and regulatory documents and technical field work. I specialize in leading and managing large scale projects related to renewable energy (solar, onshore, and offshore wind) transportation and community infrastructure projects, for biology, permitting, and habitat conservation planning. In October of 2022, I took on the role of Practice Leader which allows me to focus on top line growth of the region and drive client satisfaction, safety, technical excellence and employee growth and diversity.
