I am an ITIL v3 qualified; enthusiastic, customer orientated Service Manager, who has built a wide range of strengths and skills, with over 10 years experience working within the Insurance and Finance industry. I am a committed, positive and innovative individual and capable of interacting well at all levels whilst maintaining tact and diplomacy.
