Senior advisor and support of Regional Head of Corporate Real Estate Workplace Services. Strategic advisor and support for planning and strategy, including budgets, long-term planning, capacity planning, and business growth. Provides integrated and seamless support with finance, metrics, operational data and planning related topics. Keen Understanding of the region and communicates related key elements of the region such as business operations, projects, transactions, leases, budget and SLAs/KPIs (vendors). Single point of contact to coordinate with non-CREWS functions such as Finance, IT (Information Technology), A/P, Procurement, HR (Human Resources), etc. and related business data to support decisions or resolve issues. Leads and supports regular operational reviews with leadership to provide insight into the region. Maintains line of sight to all functions in region CREWS (Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Services), IT, GIP (Global Indirect Procurement), etc.) Prepare insightful analysis to enable decision-making and advise on trends, opportunities, issues, and best practices.
