Provides support to home office management, and financial and contractual oversight of U.S. government-funded international development projects. Serves as liaison to field team for day-to-day support. Coordinates the administrative activities of projects including the mobilization and demobilization of staff and international consultants, maintaining project files, requesting purchases for goods and services, and ensuring submission of project deliverables during start-up, implementation, and close-down phases. Ensures the processing and review of project financial transactions and monthly project invoices. Provide support for monthly financial analysis, quarterly forecasts, and ad hoc financial reporting when requested. Conduct routine auditing of files to ensure compliance with USAID and DAI policies and procedures.
